What You’ll Do Hands‑On Development Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, Service Portals, and Scoped Applications Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other frameworks Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments Solution Design & Delivery Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices Contribute to solution architecture decisions and platform improvements Ensure high‑quality, maintainable, and secure code Client Engagement Work directly with customers to gather requirements and provide technical guidance Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Act as a go‑to technical resource for a small team of developers Provide guidance through code reviews, troubleshooting, and best practices Support the growth and development of junior team members through day‑to‑day collaboration Requirements 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, integrations, and portal development Experience in a client‑facing or delivery environment Proven ability to guide or support other developers (without formal people‑management required) Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
