Role Overview This role is centered on maintaining accurate financial operations while supporting both property owners and tenants through clear communication and consistent follow-through. You’ll play a key part in managing accounts, reviewing agreements, and ensuring all financial transactions are handled correctly. Success in this role comes from a strong attention to detail, comfort working with numbers, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies quickly. What You’ll Own Manage rent collection and accounts receivable processes Post and reconcile management fees accurately Respond to owner and tenant inquiries regarding statements, charges, and account activity Handle accounts payable, including distinguishing between owner expenses and tenant chargebacks Process security deposit refunds in accordance with agreements Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records Review owner agency agreements and lease agreements for accuracy and compliance What Makes This Role a Fit Do you enjoy working with numbers and feel most confident when everything balances and makes sense?
