KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: Leadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate design teams. Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools. Communication: Clear coordination with U.S.-based counterparts and internal departments. Problem-Solving: Ability to address design challenges and improve constructability. Attention to Detail: Ensuring all designs meet compliance and client specifications. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree i n Architecture or a related field. 7–10 years in architecture, with 3–5 years in a leadership role. Deep knowledge of modular construction, prefab design, or U.S. building codes (e.g., California Title 24). Software: Revit, AutoCAD, ACC, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office. Understanding and knowledge of building codes, regulations, building construction, construction systems, and site requirements.
