Responsibilities Prepare hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, Americano, frappes, and specialty drinks. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment; perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues. Handle customer orders, offering suggestions and ensuring accurate fulfillment. Accept and process payments, manage cash register, and perform daily cash reconciliation. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and equipment; enforce food safety and hygiene standards. Stock inventory, place requisitions, and manage supplies. Collaborate with team members and support other front‑of‑house duties as needed. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or café setting. Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and espresso parameters. Strong communication and customer‑service skills. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts.
