Compile issues arising during production, propose temporary and long-term solutions to enhance operational quality; respond promptly to customer and internal requests, engaging throughout the entire process to ensure smooth software implementation and utilization. Conduct periodic user training sessions to improve software proficiency. Position Requirements Education/Major: Bachelor's degree or higher; Electronics major preferred. Experience/Skills: Minimum 2 years in consumer electronics industry, with software development or operations experience. Proficiency in SQL Server/Oracle databases and software development processes.
