As a Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the flow of materials, products, and information from suppliers to the end customer. Its main objective is to ensure that the supply chain operates efficiently, reducing costs, improving delivery times, and guaranteeing product availability. Requirements Bachelor Degree in International Business, International Trade, Business Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, or related field 5+ years of experience in related position focused on materials supply and finished product. Responsibilities Responsible for managing all flows related to the inbound and outbound movement of materials (receiving/warehouse/shipments) at the plant and Distribution Centers (DCs). Operation of internal planning for the plant and Distribution Centers (DCs). Responsible for people management, including goal setting, performance management, skills development, recognition, engagement, and well-being. Manage the performance and productivity of resources: Warehouse and MPH. Responsible for the logistics department's costs: Support the Master Production Schedule by analyzing needs and achievements and proposing the necessary resources for implementation. Manage internal and external resources to meet customer needs in terms of on-time deliveries. Direct and improve plant flow performance (queue length, MPH, pull flow, storage efficiency, etc.). Direct and improve supplier performance in terms of service level, lead time, and batch size. Optimize inventory levels and coverage based on service level and capital employed. Organize downstream flows in the manufacturing plant and improve the performance of the manufacturing supply chain E2E. Qualifications and Skills Advanced English. Creative. Leader. Enthusiastic.
