We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide expert-level technical support and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in telecommunications, cloud technologies, and networking, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. This role requires working closely with customers, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities Act as a primary technical point of contact for customers, ensuring timely issue resolution Provide advanced troubleshooting support for telecom and IP network-related issues Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex technical problems across network and cloud environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage escalations and deliver solutions Support 24/7 on-call operations as required Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues Utilize network analysis tools to investigate and resolve incidents Maintain documentation, reports, and knowledge base articles Required Technical Skills Strong understanding of mobile telecom technologies: LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, 5G, IMS Experience with Telco/Public Cloud environments (CNF/VNF) Hands-on experience with: Strong knowledge of networking protocols: TCP/IP, Routing & Switching MAP, Diameter, Policy Control & Charging Advanced troubleshooting skills in IP networks, Unix, and Linux Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools Communication & Collaboration Skills (Must Have) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong customer-facing experience and stakeholder management Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear manner Experience handling escalations and working with global teams Exposure to 24/7 support/on-call environments Nice to Have Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) Knowledge of business processes and software development lifecycle #J-18808-Ljbffr
