Key Responsibilities: Assist guests in finding, booking, and organising their trips, offering guidance and recommendations based on their preferences. Act as a liaison between guests and partners, ensuring seamless communication. Provide accurate information, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive support experience. Use problem-solving skills to handle complex inquiries and guest complaints. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail throughout the order process. Work independently and collaboratively to meet performance targets. Build strong relationships with guests and partners to foster trust and loyalty.
