About the Role This role is part of the Surgery team at Johnson & Johnson, focused on product management for surgical technologies that improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities Accountable for product marketing and strategic planning for assigned products / portfolio. Work with the regional marketing team to plan and execute product development and growth strategies. Contribute to the development of brand strategies for products, services, and programs, including value propositions, segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle management. Design and drive the go‑to‑market strategy for the entire product portfolio. Lead new product launches, ensuring market opportunity, product positioning, sales messaging, sales strategy, pricing, inventory, and sales promotion. Lead transactional and strategic pricing activities. Ensure best‑in‑class promotional materials for the assigned portfolio. Remains connected with market needs through frequent interaction with customers and sales representatives, attending industry meetings, reviewing medical journals, etc. Partner closely with sales teams to gather input on customer needs and ensure strong alignment with marketing strategy. Build collaborative relationships with surgeons and key opinion leaders to identify unmet customer needs for assigned product categories. Support and influence sales team members on sales objectives and marketing projects. Provide technical support to the salesforce to enable effective communication of product messages. Define product forecast and constantly monitor inventory levels; liaise closely with supply chain to ensure that supply timelines are met. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment between demand and supply. Manage P&L and budget control of the responsible products. Manage the A&P budget aligned to the brand and portfolio strategy. Analyze competitive activities, market research, medical and sales data analytics to determine franchise potential growth and profitability. Required Qualifications Education: University / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. 5 years of professional relevant commercial experience, including sales and/or marketing. Experience in marketing and product management / strategy is desirable. Experience in product launches. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Highly self‑motivated with the ability to direct, lead, and motivate self and others. Creative thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities. Fluent in English and an excellent communicator with effective influencing skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate in a cross‑functional and virtual team environment. Highly curious with a customer‑centric problem‑solving mindset and the ability to deliver.
