Develops fundamental business requirements through analysis of current state and desired future state. Conducts application testing to include test case creation, test execution and defect management. Acts as a liaison between business and IT team. Utilizes understanding of customer objectives, processes, and products in order to make sound recommendations. Supports individual or sub project tasks affecting single or multiple business and IT departments. Performs quality review checks on project deliverables. Supports work request prioritization.
