Act as a trusted Compensation Advisor, leading industry benchmarking surveys and market analysis to keep our total rewards competitive and forward‑thinking. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or similar. From 1+ years for Specialist roles to 5+ years for Lead positions, specifically in Total Rewards (Compensation, Bonuses, Equity, and HR Analytics). Advanced Excel management. Advanced English level. Proven analytical prowess with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Strong interpersonal skills to build consensus and influence across all organizational levels. Previous experience with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors (Compensation modules), SAP, or Salesforce.
