Benefits Insurance plans (Medical, life insurance, and more) Employee Assistance Program Competitive base salary Responsibilities In your role, you will machine aluminum aerospace components with cycle times ranging from 1 to 6 hours, performing frequent model changeovers at your workstation. You will operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines. You will be required to interpret 2D drawings of parts to be machined (general tolerances, precision tolerances, fits, and GD&T). You will use measurement tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and indicators. You will properly complete reports and self‑inspections for quality and production supervisors. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance. You will carry out tool and fixture changes for CNC machining, including model change adjustments. You will reduce waste in production and transactional processes. You will support the basic training of new technical assistants. Qualifications You have a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a methods engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment. You pursue continuous improvement of processes (implementation of poka‑yokes). You have the willingness and attitude to support the implementation of autonomous CNC maintenance. You meet maintenance performance indicators. You are available to work rotating shifts.
