Responsibilities Create detailed plant layout drawings in AutoCAD to optimize space utilization and workflow. Develop and maintain technical documentation for manufacturing processes and layouts. Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure designs meet functional and safety requirements. Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for efficiency and productivity improvement. Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and optimize resources. Conduct time studies and workflow analyses to improve daily operations. Lead layout change projects and equipment installations, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards. Coordinate with vendors and contractors during project implementation. Prepare project reports and documentation for management review and follow-up. Provide technical support to the production team regarding layout and equipment placement. Identify and resolve issues related to plant layout and equipment to ensure operational continuity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with focus on plant layout design Advanced English proficiency Intermediate/Advanced AutoCAD and CAD software skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities Lean Manufacturing and process optimization expertise #J-18808-Ljbffr
