The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Replenishment Manager, the Raw Material Supply Chain Coordinator supports the Global Raw Procurement team by managing inbound product movement from domestic and international suppliers, ensuring smooth execution between suppliers, plants, and customers. Location: Guadalajara, México – Remote initially, transitioning to hybrid by year‑end. The role requires strong communication and execution skills to track supply and demand fluctuations, analyze global trade data, and identify network improvement opportunities. What You’ll Do Support a smooth execution of inbound product flow from the global supply base to the different users within the Nature's Touch network. Support in PO entries, tracking orders and freight. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely releases, shipping documents. Work closely with plant production planners, quality control, and inbound logistics for smooth reception of raw material. Coordinate claim resolution and cost recovery in case of rejections, quality claims, and product return. Monitor and review commodity positions, track supply/consumption metrics vs forecast, and recommend corresponding actions. Develop and maintain supplier database of volume, performance, and other relevant KPIs for the Procurement department. Analyze and structure global trade data into reports for the management group. Perform any other supply chain and procurement-related tasks as needed. What You Bring Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Food Processing, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in an international manufacturing environment or food processing. Strong knowledge of food processing and packaging, international business, and quality systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and reporting skills. Experience with project management tools and software. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Working Conditions Full‑time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Standard working hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST), starting at 9:00 AM. Fully remote initially, with a planned transition to a hybrid model once the corporate office in Guadalajara is finalized. Work performed in an office setting (remote and on‑site, as applicable).
