Outbound Supervisor Responsibilities Analyze warehouse operation processes (inbound, inventory, outbound), optimize warehouse layout, operation routes and equipment configuration, introduce automation tools to improve warehouse space efficiency and labor efficiency, reduce operation costs and ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations. Formulate inventory management strategies, monitor inventory turnover rate, accuracy rate and other indicators, optimize inventory structure, handle slow‑moving products and abnormal inventory; coordinate warehouse resource allocation and control warehouse costs (labor, space, equipment) to improve inventory health and cost effectiveness. Manage daily work of warehouse teams, formulate operation standards and training plans, enhance team business capabilities and compliance awareness; promote implementation of warehouse standardized processes and establish quality monitoring systems to ensure warehouse operation safety and service quality.
