Job Duties and Responsibilities Track the shipment, traffic, and receipt of materials by monitoring them to avoid delays in the shipping process. Negotiate with suppliers the delivery of materials out of specification and time, via telephone, video call or email for shipment and to be able to comply with production plans. Collect, verify and send to the Customs Broker the invoices and documents required for the importation of the material necessary for production, taking into consideration the policies and procedures established for the importation of materials. Keep material requirements updated to suppliers by updating items in the Oracle System in order to avoid roughing.
