Job Responsibilities 1. Channel & Distributor Network Development Source, negotiate and onboard regional distributors, ESS integrators and installation contractors; establish tiered distribution network and achieve annual channel expansion & sales KPIs. Design distributor rebate policies, governance rules and enablement programs to deliver pre-sales technical training and after-sales capability building for channel partners. Identify commercial/residential storage & automotive OEM project opportunities and drive end-to-end regional business execution. 2. Build Localized End-to-End After-Sales System from Scratch Construct local after-sales organization: arrange resident field engineers, audit & qualify third-party service vendors, deploy authorized regional repair sites. Draft full set of after-sales SOPs: service request workflow, on-site maintenance specs, warranty claim rules, spare parts replacement & returns, customer complaint closed-loop management. Oversee spare parts warehouse planning: safety stock calculation, inbound/outbound inventory control and reverse logistics; enforce HV battery storage EHS compliance per local regulations. Create differentiated service packages: bespoke maintenance for key clients, standardized routine service, systematic technical training for customers and channel technicians. 3. Supply Chain & Site Profit Management Collaborate with China HQ on bulk procurement, customs clearance and inbound logistics; lift inventory turnover and reduce overall after-sales operating cost. Be fully accountable for outlet annual budgeting, cost optimization and profit target accomplishment with full lifecycle P&L control. Standardize channel & after-sales operation manuals to support new branch rollout and the company’s global hundred-store expansion strategy. Job Requirements Education : Bachelor’s degree or above; Electrical, Mechanical, New Energy, Supply Chain or Marketing majors preferred. Language : Fluent in English & Spanish; Mandarin speaker is a strong plus. Experience : 5+ years in energy storage/lithium battery industry, minimum 3 years in overseas regional management; proven practical experience in local channel construction and after-sales system building is prioritized. Channel Expertise : Mature existing resources of integrators & distributors; independently built tiered regional dealer network before. After-Sales Capability : Experienced in full-cycle after-sales system construction covering fault troubleshooting, warranty settlement, spare parts warehouse management and third-party vendor supervision. Hybrid Competency : Solid technical know-how on BMS, energy storage systems and power batteries, equipped with commercial negotiation and supply chain skills to balance channel development and after-sales operation.
