You will develop technical solutions, interpret customer specifications, and support new product launches to ensure alignment with global standards and customer requirements. Responsibilities Translate customer specifications into internal requirements, processes, and product standards. Support DV/PV testing, pre‑launch activities, and production launches. Deliver technical training to customers when required. Participate in the RFQ process by reviewing technical requirements and preparing drawings for quotations. Resolve technical issues during RFQ prior to purchase order acceptance. Coordinate Engineering Design Changes and ensure proper implementation. Assist Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams with customer complaints and special requirements. Represent the company during technical discussions at customer engineering offices. Conduct regular on‑site customer visits to strengthen relationships and support ongoing projects. Collaborate with APQP and cross‑functional teams to maintain project integrity. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering. 1–3 years of related experience. Required Skills 3 years of experience in precision rubber sealing product development. Valid driver’s license. Fluency in English and Spanish. Preferred Skills Experience with CAD software. Knowledge of rubber transformation processes (injection, compression, extrusion). Familiarity with IATF 16949, APQP, FMEA, and quality systems. Experience in cost estimation and RFQ processes. French language fluency (plus). Strong teamwork, communication, and customer‑facing skills. Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
