The opportunity Sola Wood Flowers is growing fast, and we need an eCommerce Fulfillment Supervisor on the ground at our Monterrey warehouse to help us keep pace. This is a hands‑on, floor‑level leadership seat. Your mission: make sure every online order leaves our facility complete, correct, and on schedule, and that the team behind those orders is set up to perform. Why this role matters Fulfillment is where our brand promise either holds up or breaks down. A late or wrong order isn’t just a logistics blip. It’s a missed wedding, a disappointed bride, a refund request. We’re hiring someone who treats every box that ships like it has their name on it. A snapshot of who we are We make eco-friendly wooden flowers that look beautiful, last forever, and cost a fraction of fresh blooms. That formula has earned us a place in roughly 1 out of every 16 American weddings each year, and we’re nowhere near done growing. The work, day to day You won’t be sitting behind a desk watching dashboards. Expect to spend most of your time on the warehouse floor, where you’ll: Steer the daily pick-pack-ship cycle and unblock issues as they surface. Partner with operations leadership to hit fulfillment SLAs and keep order accuracy high. Bring new team members up to speed by training them, coaching them, and setting the bar. Run point on packing quality so we drive down errors, damages, and return rates. Keep stock counts honest through cycle counting, smart organization, and clean receiving. Flag delays, capacity crunches, or quality issues to leadership before they become problems. Watch the productivity numbers and bring forward concrete ideas to lift them. Jump on the line and pack alongside the team when volume spikes. Leadership here is \"do,\" not \"delegate.\" What we mean by \"the right person\" Two-plus years of fulfillment, warehouse, or light-manufacturing experience is a strong starting point, though we’ve happily hired people with less when the fundamentals are obvious. Beyond resume bullets, we’re paying attention to: How you talk about ownership. Whether you’re genuinely curious about systems, processes, and metrics. How you handle pressure when things go sideways. Whether you’ve actually used ERP systems, scanners, and spreadsheets, or just listed them. How you communicate, in both Spanish (fluent) and English (conversational). You’ll also need to be physically up for the role, including long stretches on your feet, lifting parcels, and moving at pace. And yes, this is an on‑site role at our Monterrey facility. How we operate A few honest notes on culture: We make decisions with data. If you find yourself reaching for \"I feel like…\" instead of \"the numbers say…\", you’ll struggle here. We don’t have time for office politics, performative work, or corporate theater. We don’t run them, and we don’t tolerate them. We treat self-learning as table stakes. If you wait to be taught, you’ll fall behind. Every team member, including leadership, gets their hands dirty when the work demands it. In return, you get: A clearly written compensation philosophy and a real chance to share in the company’s growth as we scale toward $100mm+. KPIs and targets that are defined upfront, so you always know whether you’re winning. A team of sharp, driven coworkers who actually move. A direct line of sight from your work to company-level results. We run on EOS/Traction internally. If you’ve used Scaling Up, OKRs, or any structured operating system, the transition will feel natural. If you haven’t, spend an evening with the Traction book before your interview. Who probably shouldn’t apply Candidates looking for a stable, predictable, 9-to-5. People who don’t view their work as a craft. Anyone who doesn’t take ownership of their own learning. Anyone whose values don’t line up with what’s described above. #J-18808-Ljbffr
