The role focuses on nurturing client relationships throughout the sales and planning process in partnership with the Group Sales team, ensuring all introductions and client communications are responded to enthusiastically and promptly. Serving as a liaison between clients and the resort, you will create unique and memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Collaborate with the events and catering teams to develop and implement strategies that attract clients for events and catering services. Act as a liaison between various departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Facilitate the booking and planning of events, ranging from corporate meetings to social gatherings, while considering clients’ preferences and needs. Coordinate catering services, including menu selection, food presentation, and enforcing high‑quality service standards. Assist in the creation of proposals, contracts, and event orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and event details for future reference. Conduct site visits with clients to showcase event spaces and discuss specific requirements. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources for events, negotiating contracts when necessary. Assist in marketing efforts to promote events and catering services, including the creation of promotional materials and social‑media content. Qualifications Exceptional communication skills, confident in speaking with guests and team members at all levels. Strong editing skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to multi‑task and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Flexibility in work assignments and willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends. Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel; knowledge of Delphi, Opera, and Social Tables is a plus. Prior experience in or knowledge of the hospitality industry is preferred. Professional representation of the resort and polished, timely interaction with guests.
