Responsibilities: Oversee integration of L2C Omni capabilities (Salesforce CRM, Field Execution, Customer Service to the Mexico Market, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality. Develop deep expertise in the end-to-end Systems integration to be able to lead thinking on the most effective and efficient way that RC can be “Easier to work WITH and FOR”. Collaborate closely with the Run & Grow, COE, Americas EOS Business Team, CXO, and data to ensure the successful completion of milestones. Engage with external partners, including third-party vendors such as Salesforce.com, System Integrators, and Business Integrators, to facilitate seamless integration and support. Qualification and Experience: Minimum three years of experience in the demand/sales function, and ideally with experience in the integration of new digital capabilities Has Salesforce and other system Integration experience (deployment or day-to-day support) Experience in driving integration changes and interface impacts across teams Demonstrable experience of delivering through others and creating collaborative relationships.
