Job Description The PPI Technician – Mechatronic is responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance, analyzing recurring failures, and supporting the development and implementation of machinery for new projects. This role ensures the reliability and efficiency of production equipment while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Responsibilities Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs Attend and resolve corrective maintenance issues in a timely manner Analyze recurring failures and perform root cause analysis Support the construction and implementation of machinery for new projects Perform modifications in PLCs, electrical, and mechanical systems Ensure compliance with weekend maintenance schedules Maintain order and cleanliness (5S) in work areas Respond immediately to equipment failures to minimize downtime Ensure proper condition and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas Validate poka-yokes and control devices to ensure product quality Identify components with low lifecycle performance and propose improvements Ensure compliance with ISO TS-16949 and ISO 14001 standards Use proper PPE and follow all safety procedures Ensure proper waste classification and environmental compliance Qualifications Technical degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or related field (or incomplete engineering degree) Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position Experience in maintenance of automated processes, robotics, instrumentation, and hydraulics Knowledge of predictive maintenance (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, etc.) Experience with facilities systems (compressors, chillers, centrifugal pumps, refrigeration systems) Advanced knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, LabVIEW) Advanced knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems Advanced interpretation of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams Experience with TPM and 5S methodology Basic English and SAP knowledge Strong problem‑solving skills and root cause analysis High sense of responsibility and ownership Ability to work under pressure Teamwork and collaboration mindset High availability and flexibility Effective communication skills Participation in continuous improvement and problem‑solving projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
