About The Role This role supports the coordination and execution of sales deals across a defined territory, helping ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and alignment with business processes. You’ll work closely with multiple teams and customers to manage deal lifecycles, resolve issues, and support successful outcomes. The position combines analytical thinking, customer interaction, and process improvement to strengthen operational effectiveness. Responsibilities Track all deals (new and renewal) to ensure timely delivery and alignment with internal milestones Monitor procurement and invoicing requirements, including paperwork aging, purchase orders, and process exceptions Address account-level delinquencies by coordinating with relevant stakeholders Engage with customers on renewals, including contested renewals and title-related discussions Support contract review, redlining, and documentation for new and renewal opportunities Maintain and update regional process documentation to ensure operational accuracy Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other teams to structure and execute complex deals Ensure compliance with internal controls, pricing policies, and approval processes Requirements Experience in sales operations, customer support, account coordination, or a related role Understanding of deal structuring, pricing models, and contract workflows Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work across teams and influence outcomes in cross-functional environments Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics simply Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfort working with contracts, redlining, and documentation processes Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools Work In a Way That Works For You We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
