Role We're looking for a Senior Sales Representative who is routine-driven and knows how to show up, follow through, and close deals daily. You will be the primary closer for inbound and warm leads focused on purchasing our LLC Hub Start‑Up Services. Key Responsibilities Daily Activity: Execute 8 to 12 calls/meetings per day with qualified prospects. Expert Education: Educate prospects on LLC Hub's Start‑Up Services and compliance offerings from an expert, consultative perspective. Pipeline Management: Maintain a clear, accurate, and observable pipeline in the CRM. Documentation: Diligently document all interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM notes. Diligence: Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods. Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to service. Key Results (KPIs) Show Rate: Maintain a Show Rate 70%. Close Rate: Maintain a Close Rate 20%. Sales Performance: Directly contribute to Sales Revenue and optimizing Sales Cycle Time. Pipeline Hygiene: All prospects are properly moved in the CRM and client information is fully documented by EOD. Follow‑Up Consistency: All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with indefinitely. What We Offer Compensation: Guaranteed Base Salary + Uncapped Commission. OTE is $45k - $60k.
