Business Development Manager (TikTok Shop) About US LiveLab Media is a leading TikTok-dedicated service provider (TSP) helping international and Mexico domestic brands scale on TikTok. From TikTok Shop end-to-end management and creator (KOL) affiliate marketing to TikTok Ads and Livestream production, we bridge the gap between products and viral commerce. As TikTok Shop continues to redefine the Mexico e-commerce landscape, we are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manag er to spearhead our growth by acquiring top-tier international and Mexico local brands. The Role You will be the face of our agency, responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with brands looking to dominate TikTok. You aren't just selling a service; you are selling a growth engine. You will consult with marketing directors and business owners to design TikTok-first strategies that drive ROI. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospect ing: Proactively identify and reach out to high-potential brands (local Mexico & International) across categories such as Beauty, Fashion, Home Decor, and Electronics. Sales Pipeline Managem ent: Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach and initial pitch to contract negotiation and closing. Solution Selling : Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand brand pain points and pitch tailored solutions (TikTok Shop setup, Affiliate operating, Paid Ads, and Livestreaming). Client Relationship Build ing: Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and marketing leads. Market Intellige nce: Stay ahead of TikTok Shop trends, policy changes, and competitor moves to position our agency as the premier authority in the space. Collaborat ion: Work closely with the Operations and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from \"closed-won\" to \"active client.\" Qualifications & Skills Experience : 3+ years of experience in Sales/BD within E-commerce, Digital Marketing Agencies, or SaaS (Experience with TikTok Shop or Amazon SPN is a major plus). Network : An existing network of contacts within Mexico-based consumer brands/DTC brands is highly preferred. TikTok Savvy : Deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem (Creator marketplace, Shop, Livestreaming, and Spark Ads). Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex TikTok concepts for traditional brand owners. Drive: A \"hunter\" mentality with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
