The S2B team's mission is to guarantee the generation of accurate and reliable BIM models from point clouds, ensuring the correct interpretation of data and compliance with project standards. To develop technical skills in Scan to BIM environments, contributing to the production of accurate models under supervision. Functions and Responsibilities BIM Modeling from Point Clouds: Develop basic BIM models (architecture, structure, and MEP) from point clouds following defined guidelines. Interpret scanned information, accurately modeling existing elements. Use tools such as Autodesk Revit and Recap Pro for model development. Comply with established modeling standards, nomenclature, and parameters. Perform basic quality checks by comparing the model with the point cloud. Learning and Continuous Improvement Acquire knowledge of Scan to BIM processes, BIM standards, and best modeling practices. Progressively incorporate automation tools and methodologies. Collaboration and Management. Work collaboratively with other modelers and technical teams. Report progress and challenges to the team leader or Project Manager. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related degree. +2 years of professional experience in BIM software and modeling tools. Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Revit. Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken). We are an equal opportunity employer.
