Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR SSC Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance requirements Experience working with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferred) English required Main Responsibilities Employee Relations & HR Operations Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries Handle day-to-day employee relations matters and provide HR guidance Support onboarding, offboarding, and full employee lifecycle processes Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law and internal company policies Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and documentation Payroll & Benefits Administration Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing Validate payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, bonuses, deductions, etc.) Support statutory benefits administration (IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.) Assist in bonus, incentive, and other compensation-related processes Support payroll audits and reporting requirements HR Processes & Policy Implementation Execute and standardize HR operational processes (hire, transfer, termination, etc.) Support implementation and localization of HR policies and procedures Ensure HR operations align with corporate governance and compliance requirements Continuously improve HR workflows and operational efficiency Success Factor Management Maintain and update employee data in SAP SuccessFactors Support system workflows, approvals, and organizational structure updates Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, and compliance Provide basic system support and user guidance to employees and managers Participate in HRIS optimization and digitalization initiatives Cross-location HR SSC Support Provide shared HR services support for Mexico City and Querétaro operations Ensure consistent HR service delivery across locations Collaborate with local HR, Finance, and business teams Support regional HR SSC projects and process standardization initiatives Benefits & Offer Competitive salary package with benefits above the legal minimum Opportunity to work within a global company and learn from Asian business culture Inclusive and diverse work environment with support for professional growth Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We are a leading inclusive and diverse organization that respects everyone's contribution.
