Your Job We’re seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Support Engineer to drive growth and provide hands‑on product support for our Premo‑Flex, FFC’s and FPC’s Cable line in Mexico. In this role, you’ll blend customer‑facing sales support with product management, playing a key part in winning new business, sustaining existing accounts, and launching new products through clear technical documentation and proactive customer engagement. Our Team You’ll join the PCS BDM division, a cross‑functional team focused on expanding our versátil circuit solutions in a high‑growth region. What You Will Do Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating closely with global sales and product teams. Build and nurture relationships with manufacturing partners to expand the PremoFlex footprint. Create technical drawings, specifications, and documentation to support new product introductions. Coordinate with internal teams to expedite quotes, resolve delivery issues, and manage customer expectations. Gather customer feedback and data to support cost‑reduction and quality‑improvement initiatives. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Proven experience in technical sales, product support, or engineering. Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish. Proficiency reading and creating technical drawings (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar). Experience with manufacturing or industrial customers. Willingness to travel up to 25% globally. Self‑starter with strong organizational skills and a drive to lead initiatives. What Will Put You Ahead Familiarity with flat flexible cables or interconnect solutions. Hands‑on experience with ERP/CRM systems and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.). #J-18808-Ljbffr
