Position Overview We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions of the business. The COO reports directly to the CEO and ensures strategy is executed efficiently, drives operational scalability, and maintains a high‑performance culture across all departments. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Management Oversee daily operations across Operations, HR, IT, and other core business functions. Design, implement, and continuously monitor standardized procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate key operational risks to ensure compliance, business continuity, and organizational stability. Strategic Planning & Execution Translate the CEO’s long‑term vision and strategic goals into clear, actionable operational plans and departmental targets. Establish, track, and analyze KPIs and metrics; report insights to the CEO and recommend corrective actions. Lead initiatives that build the necessary infrastructure, technology, and organizational structure to support sustainable growth. Financial & Resource Stewardship Collaborate with the CFO to manage the operating budget, controlling expenses and identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency and profit margins. Allocate internal resources (personnel, technology, capital) effectively to support strategic projects and operations. Talent & Culture Development Mentor and guide department heads and the senior leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous professional development. Act as a champion for the company’s core values, ensuring internal culture supports high performance and drives overall employee engagement and retention. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 4+ years of progressive leadership experience. Proven track record in scaling operations, driving organizational efficiency, and managing complex cross‑departmental functions. Demonstrated ability to mentor senior management, lead large teams, and foster a culture of accountability and high performance. Expert knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and strategic planning frameworks. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly beneficial.
