About the Role We're looking for an Electrical Engineer with strong hands‑on design experience to join a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on industrial and manufacturing projects. About the Role The US Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multi‑client payroll, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role works closely with the Payroll Manager and accounting team, maintains audit‑ready records, and provides excellent client communication and support. Responsibilities Process payroll for multiple clients, including timesheets, wage rates, commissions, reimbursements, and adjustments. Calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, garnishments, and related items with precision. Prepare and process direct deposits and paychecks. Maintain and update employee payroll records within cloud‑based payroll systems. Manage federal, state, and local payroll tax withholdings and ensure timely compliance. Prepare and file quarterly and annual payroll tax reports. Support year‑end processing, including W‑2 and W‑2c forms. Maintain and update tax rates within payroll systems.
