Responsibilities Hands-on, technically involved, and tasked with troubleshooting infrastructure issues. Technical Support: Resolve alerts related to system failures, network issues, or resource constraints. Escalation: When problems exceed their capacity, escalate them to higher-level engineers or specialized teams. Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience as Operations/Infrastructure Engineer or similar role in a large IT environment. Ability to work across different platforms (Windows/Linux).
