This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing Human Resources responsibilities with office operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in our organization, combining People Operations (70%) and Office Management (30%) : People Operations Manage full-cycle recruitment for operational and administrative roles Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and workplace concerns Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture Support payroll and compensation processes Serve as liaison between employees, HR, and payroll Office Management Provide general support for purchasing of office supplies, furniture, and equipment Provide support to oversee day-to-day facility operations Provide support on maintenance, office layout, and organization Assist with travel coordination and hosting visitors What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in HR and/or office management Business-level English and Spanish (required) Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law (LFT) Experience in fast-paced environments (manufacturing preferred) Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively Resourceful problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset Exposure to labor unions is a plus Why Join Fictiv?
