Job Overview Our client is hiring a Low Code Implementation Engineer to configure, deploy, and optimize customer implementations of their AI platform. This role focuses on building conversational workflows, integrating with customer systems, and supporting customers through go-live and post-launch. This role is primarily low code, with roughly 90–95% of the work involving configuration rather than traditional software development. Flexibility to participate in evening calls is required due to collaboration with US-based customers and team members. The role involves direct customer interaction and ownership of implementation quality and timelines. Responsibilities Design and implement AI-powered conversational workflows using low-code tools and prompt engineering. Work directly with customers to gather requirements and translate them into functional conversational flows. Configure and deploy the platform, including integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs and JSON payloads. Build both end-user and agent-facing conversational flows for B2C and D2C customers based on provided data. Write and test conversational logic for use cases such as refunds, order status checks, and warranty validation. Test and validate conversational flows for usability, speed, accuracy, and overall quality. Provide backline technical support for escalated implementation issues in collaboration with Software Engineers. Contribute to internal documentation such as troubleshooting guides and FAQs. Partner with Technical Success and Sales teams to ensure smooth implementations and strong customer satisfaction. Qualifications / Skills Experience working in a low-code or no-code environment with minimal traditional software development. Strong understanding of AI conversational design, LLM behavior, and prompt engineering. Experience working with REST APIs and JSON payloads. Ability to build, test, and iterate on conversational workflows based on defined business logic. Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working directly with customers on technical topics. Experience collaborating with Software Engineers to resolve technical issues. Familiarity with Python or SQL is beneficial but not required. Other relevant information Flexibility to participate in evening calls due to coordination with US-based customers and team members.
