Job Overview The Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all engineering activities to meet customer requirements in terms of quality, cost, and delivery. This role leads engineering functions to ensure full customer satisfaction in the development and implementation of new products, while also managing engineering projects from initiation through execution and completion. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary engineering team in the development and implementation of new products Plan, manage, and execute engineering projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives Make technical decisions to ensure final products meet current customer requirements Optimize resources to ensure efficient, cost-effective engineering operations Coordinate cross-functional activities with Production, Quality, Materials, HR, and Maintenance teams Manage engineering changes driven by continuous improvement, cost reduction, corrective actions, or customer requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support technical problem-solving across departments Ensure proper documentation of design, validation, and verification processes Oversee plant layout and efficient use of manufacturing space Coach, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performance work environment Assign and balance workloads within the team to meet departmental goals Lead the development of drawings, designs, specifications, and cost estimates Provide technical support across all areas of the organization Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field Experience 2–4 years of experience in a similar role Experience in manufacturing engineering environments Proven experience in project management (planning, execution, tracking, and delivery) Technical Skills Lean Manufacturing knowledge Process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, DMAIC, 8D, 5 Whys) CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CREO or equivalent) SAP knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, reporting tools) Project management tools and methodologies Languages Advanced English (required) Additional Requirements Valid U.S. visa (required) Competencies Leadership and team development Decision-making Problem-solving Results-driven mindset Strategic thinking Strong communication and presentation skills Organizational and planning skills Values Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork #J-18808-Ljbffr
