Responsibilities Participation in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions and share offering transactions Industry & Market research Preparation of internal and client presentations Economic, financial and corporate analysis of companies Preparation of financial projection and company valuation models Program Requirements Mandatory graduation expected date: Mid-2028 Advanced English level Part-time availability (30hs per week) Availability to work in Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
