We are looking for an Omnichannel & Supply Support Analyst with experience working with Fluent Commerce OMS . Mission Overview: L2 / L2.5 incident management role ensuring the end-to-end operational stability, resilience and performance of our customer’s omnichannel ecosystem (retail stores + e-commerce) and supply chain domain (merchandising, logistics, wholesale, distribution, demand planning). Profile 8+ years in e-commerce operations, supply chain management or incident management Experience working with Fluent (OMS / e-commerce platform) Proven end-to-end e-commerce order lifecycle expertise (placement - fulfillment - post-purchase) Solid grasp of supply chain & logistics fundamentals (replenishment, inventory, shipping) Strong L2/L2.5 troubleshooting & root-cause analysis on integrated systems Excellent written & verbal communication - able to translate technical issues into business impact for senior leadership Autonomy, proactivity, continuous-improvement mindset English fluent (mandatory) - French a strong asset (Paris collaboration) #J-18808-Ljbffr
