Provide input to senior management andAccount Managersrelativeto meeting customer expectations for timing and delivery. Investigate and address quality issues. Participate in development and maintenance ofstandard operating procedures(SOP). Liaisebetweenvarious departments and stakeholders, includingPrepress,Manufacturing, Sales,andAccount and Project Managers. Participate in decisionsregardinglocation operations, staffing, company policies, etc. Provide technical support for internal and external customers. Manage day-to-day facility operations. Maintain safe and healthy work environment byestablishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures,complaining withlegal regulations Assistwithadditionalresponsibilities as directed by management. Education, Experience,&CertificationRequirements Associate’sdegree ingraphics, print, or color management or equivalent experience in the graphic arts industry Experience/knowledge inflexoplatemaking using industry equipment Mac experience strongly preferred Have/able toobtain CPR certification Knowledge, Skills,&Abilities Working knowledge offlexooperations and equipment. Knowledge and experience of all print processes and related downstream applications. Understanding ofEH&S policies, including training and reporting. Strongattention to detailas well asorganizational and documentation skills. Ability toprioritize and multitask. Self-driven and self-motivated. Strong communicationand interpersonal skillsand a proven ability toguide and lead others. Ability to research a problem and come to solutionsin a timely manner .
