About the role The Digital Communications and Change, Analyst II collaborates with stakeholders to lead organizational alignment activities for GDD&T communications. This role focuses on developing communication strategies and engagement approaches to support digital transformation and change readiness. How you will contribute Deliver change enablement support services for assigned initiatives, projects, and release activities within assigned DD&T functional area to a high standard, aligned to established practices and templates. Maintain and manage the change enablement roadmap for a specified DD&T Functional Area, including intake, prioritization, sequencing of change activities, and alignment to key product/release milestones. Support development and upkeep of change enablement deliverables such as stakeholder maps and distribution lists, stakeholder impact assessments, change readiness assessments (e.g., surveys, pulse checks), change action plan trackers and integrated communications calendars, adoption and engagement measurement dashboards. Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities (e.g., change champion logistics, meeting coordination, workshop support, content reviews), escalating risks and issues to the Change Enablement Partner as needed. Support the deployment of change activation plans within assigned DD&T functional area by scheduling and publishing content, maintaining channels, and coordinating with relevant partners (e.g., platform and product teams, training, HR, corporate communications, vendor partners when applicable). Identify opportunities to improve change enablement processes, tools, and templates within assigned DD&T functional area; propose enhancements and support implementation under direction. Support DD&T Change Enablement asset maintenance (e.g., maintaining repositories, playbooks, templates, and knowledge assets). Support progress tracking of change enablement initiatives, using metrics and feedback to measure success and make necessary adjustments, and ensure Functional area leadership stakeholders have clear visibility to readiness and adoption status. Skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Business Administration, HR, Organizational Psychology, Learning & Development). 2‑5 years of relevant experience in change enablement, project coordination, or digital transformation support. Strong writing and editing capability in English; able to translate complex digital/technical content into clear audience‑facing communications. Strongly analytical skills and ability to collect, summarize, and present data/feedback themes to inform change and communications approaches. Strong organizational and project management skills (planning, tracking, stakeholder follow‑up, meeting coordination). Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; strong PowerPoint and proficiency in Microsoft Co‑Pilot highly preferred. Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams and with stakeholders across different functions.
