Responsibilities: The Consultant is a hands-on developer with considerable experience inapplication-layer development and user interface implementation for both weband mobile web applications. As a Consultant in the Emerging PaymentsTechnology team, you will be responsible for clarifying requirements, designingand implementing the application and web services logic, as well as the userinterface requirements across multiple products, services, and devices. Workingwithin an Agile development methodology, you will collaborate with otherengineers and work closely with the team technical lead to deliver anexceptional user experience to our customers. In addition you'll have theopportunity to work with new frameworks and technologies, assist with prototypingand proof-of-concepts, participate in code reviews, and help ensure a highlevel of code quality from the team. Knowledge / Experience: Requirements Skills/Requirements:In addition to the above skills, the following experience is highly desirable:- Test Driven Development (TDD)- Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration and other processes assistingdevelopment workflow- Experience working with JavaScript libraries, such as BootstrapJS, and/orReact.js- Experience with implementing web service security- E-commerce experience- Android and/or iOS native app UI implementationEducation:- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or ManagementInformation Systems, or equivalent combination of relevant experience andeducation Skills/ Abilities:Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical fieldDemonstrated success as a software developer, application architect, productmanager, CTO, or consultant working with various platformsArchitecting, designing and developing applications on PCFDesigning and building application using Container and serverless technologiesExperience architecting highly available systems that utilize load balancing,horizontal scalability and high availabilityConfiguration Management platforms (e.g. Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible)Strong practical application development experience on Linux and Windows-basedsystemsPresenting at public events such as technology conferences, hackathons, etc #J-18808-Ljbffr
