Overview We are looking for the best talent in Culiacán to be our Sales Intern. Job Location: Monterrey, Sales Office Position Sales Intern (Part-time position) Job Details Start date: 1st June Location: Culiacán – local talent preferred Duration: 12-18 months Work schedule: Part-time with flexible working hours Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from $9,000 MXN to $18,000 MXN and compensation may vary based on the work schedule selected Profile Active college student pursuing a degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field Qualifications Graduation date must be between June 2027 and December 2027 English Advanced (will be evaluated) Live in Culiacán; local talent preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow in a sales career Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required Projects & Responsibilities Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for key accounts Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and understand consumer trends in the Culiacán region Support the development and execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns Shadow experienced sales professionals during client visits, negotiations, and product presentations Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives Maintain and update customer databases and sales records with accurate and timely information Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to improve sales performance Assist with administrative tasks related to sales operations as needed What We Offer Hands-on experience from Day 1 with key projects from the start Being part of the P&G family from day one Attractive salary and benefits package; salary is linked to hours worked per day (4, 6.5, or 8 hours) Continuous coaching & mentorship, formal training, and regular guidance from management Dynamic and encouraging work environment aligned with Purpose, Values, and Principles Flexible arrangements promoting agility and work/life balance Opportunity to be promoted to full-time after successful internship completion Job Qualifications (Cont.)
