Job Summary The Research & Development Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that research projects are conducted efficiently and effectively. This position involves conducting detailed analyses of research data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing research plans. The R&D Analyst collaborates with cross functional teams to address research issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Additionally, this role involves training and mentoring junior staff.
