Overview The Role The HR Services Analyst is responsible for collecting, validating, and processing employee information required for accurate payroll and benefits administration. This role ensures compliance with labor regulations and timely submission of employee movements to internal systems and external institutions, contributing to operational continuity and employee satisfaction. What You’ll Do (Impact Areas) Payroll & Personnel Administration Collect, capture, and validate payroll incidences such as overtime, salary differences, bonuses, gratifications, and aids using systems like Kronos and spreadsheets. Process employee hires, terminations, and changes for hourly personnel in Workday. Support supervisors with overtime, vacation, and leave authorizations in Kronos. Request and review severance and termination payments, including calculations and checks. Manage payroll card activations, replacements, and meal voucher cards. Reporting & Data Management Generate and analyze reports related to absenteeism, overtime, and employee turnover using payroll systems and Power BI. Deliver payroll reports for review and support receipt unlocking processes. Address and resolve payroll payment discrepancies and employee inquiries. Compliance & Controls Ensure accurate and timely submission of employee movements (hires, terminations, changes) to social security institutions and benefit providers. Apply and maintain access control movements and employee credential issuance. Ensure compliance with operational controls and work instructions related to Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Hygiene systems. Continuous Improvement Participate in continuous improvement initiatives through innovation processes, contributing ideas and supporting implementation efforts. What Success Looks Like Accurate and timely payroll processing with minimal payment incidents. Timely submission of employee movements to SSC and other institutions. Reliable payroll, absenteeism, and overtime reporting. Effective resolution of payroll discrepancies and employee requests. Consistent adherence to labor, quality, safety, and compliance controls. Exposure to personnel administration and employee services. Technical Knowledge Basic knowledge of Mexican Labor Law (LFT). IMSS and Infonavit fundamentals. Payroll processes. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). HR systems such as Kronos and Workday (preferred/used). Languages English: 80% proficiency.
