El puesto implica cubrir los turnos de nuestros cajeros habituales, brindar un excelente servicio al cliente y garantizar transacciones fluidas en los establecimientos de nuestros clientes. Responsabilidades clave Cover the shifts of regular cashiers in various tourism businesses, including hotels, resorts and travel agencies. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit and debit card payments. Deliver excellent customer service, greeting customers, answering questions and resolving any issues or complaints. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register, card machines and surrounding areas. Follow all cash-handling procedures and security protocols to prevent theft and fraud. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure efficient operation and customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies to management. Assist with other tasks as needed, such as restocking shelves, organizing displays and helping at special events. Requisitos Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred. Strong numerical and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask simultaneously. Basic computer skills and experience with point‑of‑sale systems. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
