Key Responsibilities Manage customer relationships by providing clear and accessible communication of terms, conditions, and responsibilities. Oversee move-in and move-out processes, perform inspections, and coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance. Anticipate customer needs to provide proactive solutions. Identify additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating an expert understanding of Prologis value-added products and services and aligning them to customer needs. Own and maintain strong, long-term relationships with portfolio of customers. Use technical tools (e.g., Salesforce) to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights. Proficient in lease analysis and lease administration skills. Use highly developed negotiation and management skills to ensure safe/well maintained properties through competitively bid service agreements. Utilize strong financial reporting background to ensure budget and financial goals are met for the portfolio. Required Qualifications 5+ years of industrial/commercial real estate or equivalent experience. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple properties. Commitment to delivering proactive and responsive customer service, focusing on meeting diverse needs. Ability to adapt to change and willingness to take on new company initiatives with a positive attitude. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with diverse customers and stakeholders. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Experience with property transitions, portfolio acquisitions or company mergers. Strong organizational and time management skills, capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines. Ability to process data and complete recurring variance reports. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, and team members. Flexibility to work extended hours when required and on call for emergencies, with respect for individual needs and work-life balance. Preferred: Experience with budgeting cycles and CAM reconciliation processes using analytical skills.
