Job Summary Reporting directly to the Plant Director, you as a Production Planner will be responsible for creating and maintaining moderately complex production schedules to support the manufacturing process at the Piedras Negras site. You will analyze production specifications, plant capacity, and required resources to ensure effective planning and execution. You will also track schedule performance, collect key data inputs, and provide recommendations for improvement based on production trends and opportunities. You will collaborate with the production planning team and cross‑functional areas to help drive alignment, accuracy, and efficiency across daily planning activities. In this role, you will ensure schedules are updated, monitored, and aligned with operational goals while maintaining high attention to detail and strong organizational discipline. Additionally, you will support reporting activities and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the planning function. Responsibilities Plan and prepare the production schedule for manufacturing, analyzing moderately complex production specifications and plant capacity to determine processes, tools, materials, and labor requirements. Draw conclusions and develop potential improvement strategies for review with the production planning team, with recommendations potentially shared with the business. Track changes to the production schedule to monitor performance against established goals. Collect data and inputs necessary to create accurate production schedules. Other duties as assigned. Location Piedras Negras, Coahuila. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. One to two years of experience in a similar role. Manufacturing experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
