If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryThe “**Business Excellence Leader**” will be based in **Guadalajara North,** reporting to **Business Excellence Manager.**In charge of continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization and enabling waste removal activities using lean and six sigma approaches and tools and guiding actions to a sustainable conclusion.**What a regular day looks like:*** Applying and deploying Flex Lean Enterprise Values across the entire organization.* In charge of eliminating waste and create value by reducing variation in the processes to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment.* Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process.* Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs.* Identify, Drive and Yokoten Best practices-based Kaizen projects on the accord timelines.* Conduct Industrial Engineering lean and six sigma training and accelerate the proliferation of Lean culture thru out the organization by guiding and facilitating Continues Improvement Lean Deployment.* Perform assessment of Continuous Improvement Maturity Tracker (CIMT) Operation/Supply chain/Office and drive initiatives to close gaps.* Agile participate in the selection and executions of lean and six sigma projects.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Demonstrates functional, technical skills as well as customer service attitude (external and internal).* Teamwork participation to enable project improvement.* Comprehends the strategic & tactical impact of the function across sites.* Must be able to guide direct projects and business initiatives.* Financial, research and statistical skills to resolve conflicting goals.* Demonstrate good level knowledge of Industrial Engineering Lean & Six Sigma methodology.* Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certification.**What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary.* Life & Medical insurance.* Christmas Bonus.* Food Coupons.* Saving Fund..* Life InsurancePA91## ## Job CategoryOperational ExcellenceRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
