About the Role We are hiring a driven, relationship-oriented Sales Representative to convert qualified top‑of‑funnel leads into revenue. This role is responsible for managing the inside sales process—handling discovery calls, qualification, and follow‑ups—before handing off warm opportunities to Joaquin for in‑person or onsite closing. If you excel at consultative selling, relationship building, and driving pipeline momentum, you’ll thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities Conduct intro calls with leads generated by marketing. Assess prospect needs, budget, timelines, and fit. Build strong rapport and trust early in the process. Nurture warm leads through consistent follow‑ups and value‑driven communication. Maintain clean and organized CRM data. Move prospects through stages to ensure predictable pipeline flow. Prepare qualified prospects for Joaquin’s final sales meetings. Ensure Joaquin has thorough notes, context, and expectations ahead of each meeting. Support proposal preparation when needed. Assist in light outbound follow‑up sequences initiated by the marketing team. Track and elevate high‑potential accounts to leadership. Performance Reporting Deliver weekly pipeline status updates and forecasting. Qualifications 2‑5 years of sales experience (inside sales, BDR, AE, or appointment setting). Strong communication skills and a consultative approach. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Highly organized, reliable, and proactive. Comfortable coordinating with leadership and working in a small, fast‑moving team. Knowledge of the wine, agriculture, or CPG industry is a plus.
