Overview The role is to develop the training process, implementing technical training and ensuring the necessary skills for employees. The work model for the role is onsite. This role is part of the Electrification Team in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. Main stakeholders are internal employees, department managers, HR, subject matter experts and operations teams, collaborating to develop and implement effective technical training programs. Responsibilities Develop Promotion Systems such as evaluations creation (theoretical and practical) and evaluations application (practical). Follow up for the Competency Certification process, including creation and update of Competency Certification sheets, application of sheets, technical support in certification processes, and Competency Matrix management. Lead Onboarding – Technical: design of onboarding process from hire to certification, meeting knowledge requirements; partner with trainers to ensure proper execution of onboarding and knowledge transfer. Training Design – Technical: design of training materials, facilitates technical workshops and train-the-trainers. Be an HR Solutions partner: collaborate with managers and employees to understand issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies. Act as partner, coach and facilitator to front-line leaders, counsel on effective solutions to resolve issues, and provide HR support for the hourly population in the Monterrey site while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders. Qualifications Bachelors Degree from an accredited university. Experience in internship or minimum 1 year in training process. Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc).
