Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Intake Specialist/Case Evaluation Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients at a law firm. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first contact for new potential clients. Conduct initial client interviews to gather relevant case details. Evaluate case eligibility based on firm criteria. Accurately document and organize all client information within firm systems. Maintain and update client databases. Coordinate closely with attorneys to ensure seamless case transfer. Provide ongoing communication to clients during the intake stage. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation standards. Qualifications Advanced English proficiency (required). Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles. Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (Business Administration, Law, Communications, or related field preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
