We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Data Analyst to join our Cloud FinOps team, responsible for optimizing cloud spend, providing cloud cost transparency, and delivering valuable insights to internal customers. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a deep understanding of public cloud services, including their cost structure and technical use cases Analyze and report on cloud spend, providing actionable insights to internal customers to optimize cost, quality, and performance Collaborate with DevOps squads to develop and improve data reporting, visualization, and policy‑as‑code products Advise internal customers on tagging, metadata, policy compliance, and demand management Contribute to the development of cloud cost forecasting, show back, charge back, and variance analysis Work closely with leaders, analysts, engineers, developers, and other key stakeholders to drive cloud maturity and business value Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline (or Finance with a strong acumen in IT) 4-6 years of experience in cloud data analysis, FinOps, or a related field Solid grasp of public cloud provider platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Demonstrated knowledge of public cloud provider billing methods and concepts Proficiency using third‑party or cloud‑native cloud cost reporting products and tools (e.g., CloudHealth, Apptio Cloudability, Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Mgmt+Billing) Working knowledge of financial close activities and accounting principles Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency required) Benefits This is a full‑time position.
